My two dogs have been patients at Arizona Animal Hospital since 2019 and they have always had gentle, compassionate, and accurate diagnosis care. The doctors and staff are welcoming and well-informed. I trust them with my dogs.

I have high praise for the professionalism of the staff and Vet Doctors of Animal Hospital (except for the tech that deemed my Rottweiler “Aggressive” rather than excited for new surroundings) The staff was very knowledgeable of what ailed my dog, thank you Animals Hospital and staff for services well done.

I wish we had a good experience here but unfortunately, it’s been a disappointment. A vet tech ( Drea) found a dog that belongs to our rescue . The dog has a microchip, the company called us ASAP , We offered to pick the dog up same day , we were told the finder would be happy to foster the pup while we did a owner search . I called 7 times in 10 days , asking for Drea contact information to confirm the cross streets where the dog was found . It took her 21 days to provide that information plus she never filed a found report with any websites and then tried to claim ownership because she did medical care for the animal , without looking for any owners or working with the rescue . We continued to do an owner search for the next month , still waiting for Drea to fill out the application that was sent to her email , and confirm the status of the dog. It’s now over 60 days , and she has stolen this dog from AFP rescue . She’s refused contact , lied about making contact with other board members. Heartbreaking to think his owner is out there looking for his fur baby and a vet tech of all people didn’t make any Attempt to find owners or working with the rescues who is legally still on this dogs microchip . I’d venture to say stolen property and won’t be surprised if they remove the microchip. Either way , very unprofessional and goes to show they allow employees to steal animals even when they are microchipped 😳
