Stay far far away from this place. They charge you $150 every time you make an appointment rotating Veterinarian so you never get the same one. They won’t allow you in the room for a nail clipping so I went in anyway and there was my dog almost being strangled. They forced vaccines and just an all-around bad vibe find someplace else, please.

I love this vet clinic!! Dr. Holden, Dr. K, and Dr. Morrison and one other whose name I can't remember are all fantastic. The front desk staff is kind and helpful. They take such good care of my Buddy and they know I am on the more holistic side of things and I'm on a budget, so they never push anything on me that I don't think is necessary for him. Buddy is always scared and they get on the floor with him and make him feel as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Phoenix Mountain to anyone looking for a good vet clinic who can get you in for emergency appointments and whose vets are all very very good! Thanks!

This office and staff are amazing. I have a big Great Pyrenees who is my world. We just moved from out of state rural farmhouse and I was nervous how she would be at the vet. All my stress washed away. She got her shots and nails trimmed and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Not going anywhere else!

Service is nice, but pricing is extremely high, and also price gouging. As a new pet owner, I had the misfortune of taking my pet there. When I made the appointment over the phone, I was told that I should get fecal exam. I asked for price, and it seemed very high so I said no. In person, the Vet also said to get fecal, and I again said that the price seems very high and she said, and I quote "This is charged by the Lab, and everyone in the valley charges the same $180. It is just a pass through". That was the sales pitch, that I agreed to, because I trusted that I'm being told the truth. THAT was the biggest lie. Later when I discussed the details with my other friends, who are pet owners, they were shocked. I learned that the exact same fecal exam is around $50, and some of the places, where if you do it with your Exam / Consult, it is $17 dollars !!!!! That is quite a huge bump. In my opinion, it is not OK for this place to have such a huge markup, but let's say they have some strange internal needs that they have to, then at the very least don't lie to your customers and tell them that every place will charge the same. Beware my fellow pet owners. Do your research. This place is absolutely and 100% price gouging.
