I took my Akc champion here for her Ofa hips. The image on the left was taken here at quartz , failed ofa due to bad positioning and asked to have it redone and was told no unless I wanted to repay for sedation and re do X-rays . I took her
To subzero in Temecula ca and got totally different results from there images that were sent off to Ofa was a fair rating pass . You can see by the images below that the one on the left was misaligned. I do not recommend getting any reproductive services at this location . I have also spent thousands on missed TCI procedures here that never took .
Easy same day drop off and pick up for ear cropping procedure. Provided pictures for crop style we wanted, went with a medium crop with a little bell. Staff was great and answered all my questions. There information is upfront and explain that no ear crop is guaranteed which I understood but so far so good Petey Pablo is looking great. Thank you
I took my 3-month-old Cane Corso here to get his ears cropped, and I'm very new to this breed altogether and was very leery about getting this procedure done, but decided to move forward after extensive research. I had my dog sitter recommend this vet (there's literally only 2 places that I saw that do this procedure in AZ that are relatively close). When I first reached out to schedule the appointment, the front desk person who had answered my call was very dismissive and rude, insisting I couldn't schedule this surgery without having an EXACT birthday for my dog, which I had to jump through hoops to find his exact birthday from the breeder.
When I showed up for the surgery, I was like most dog owners, worried, nervous, scared, and whoever the front desk person was must've been the same girl over the phone who told me to "sign here and here" and with no further explanation or ANY compassion, took my dog back for surgery. I was told over text that I would have a consult with the "surgeon" and need to "discuss the crop and mark my dog's ears" which neither of those happened.
Post surgery, luckily, everything went well. I was expecting a vet tech, surgeon, or someone to go over aftercare and medications in detail, as I said, this was very new to me, and I had plenty of questions with only vague answers from someone, I don't even know their name because no one introduced themselves.
Today was our last visit to remove the sutures, and THANK GOD. I had brought my boy in super early (2:15 pm), just curious if they would take him early, and the girl that came up said, "Well, no one is here, they're on lunch, that's why we had you scheduled for 3 pm" basically telling me to leave lol.
I will not be returning to this animal hospital ever again. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN. I genuinely did not see one smile on any of these employees' faces the entire experience I had here, and I think I'm pretty understanding, as I work in the medical field as well with actual PEOPLE. If you are looking for a caring, compassionate vet that loves your animals like their own, DO NOT COME HERE.
I'm putting 2 stars so this is harder to remove from Google, and the one star is for the woman who handled my dog this last visit, and the cropped ears, which thankfully turned out okay.
